2011 Ranch Rodeo

    The 9th Annual Utopia Ranch Rodeo was another banner year. The crowds enjoyed action packed rodeo adventure, great food, and good weather. Cactus Country Band was fabulous after the rodeo under the picturesque oaks on the Sabinal River. Wexford Ranch took the 2011 title winning the covetted trophy saddles and lots of cash. Briscoe Ranch was second overall winning Resistol Black Gold Hats and lots of cash too. The home town team of Faulkner Ranch came in 3rd. It was a true test of cowboy grit against some tough cattle and horses.

    Louie Spence of Utopia was the "Youth in Agriculture" Scholarship winner. We are all so proud of him. We thank all of our hometown businesses who continue to support us every year. We are proud to be American !!
