Red roan filly foaled April 29, 2025
Here’s a really nice red roan filly that will probably turn grey. She is already turning grey on one side of her face, so we assume the rest of her body will follow. She has particularly good, strong bones and some width to her body, so she will be a nice full size when mature. She is one of the calmest foals we have had in the barn. She is willing to please and learns quickly. Her sire Colonel C Iron Eagle is a brother (same dam) as Wild Card Jackson, AQHA World Champion in Youth Ranch Riding and also a NRHA Futurity Non-Pro Champion. Iron Eagle comes from a line of grey horses from the renowned Iron Mountain Ranch; they were good, strong horses. Her dam’s pedigree includes Hollywood Dun It, Boon Bar, Colonel Freckles, Doc O’Lena, and Miss Ginger Dee (NCHA Futurity Champion that produced three NCHA Futurity finalists by three different sires and also two AQHA Jr. World Champions).
